Meet Dora, CAS®

Meet Dora Wysocki, CAS® — The Insurance Specialist Who Connects Your Retirement Income Plan to Your CPA’s Tax Strategy.

Protection-Focused Retirement Income & Tax Strategist · CAS® — Certified Annuity Specialist · CTS™ — Certified Tax Specialist (In Progress) · Works with clients nationwide, licensed in each state where she conducts business · No AUM fees · CPA-collaborative

Why I Do This

Most people I meet aren’t short on financial products — they have a 401(k), an IRA, a pension or Social Security decision, and a quiet worry about taxes and long-term care that no one has connected. What’s usually missing isn’t another product. It’s a plan where those pieces are designed to work together. That coordination is the work I do.

My Approach

I start with the problem, not the product. Before I mention an annuity or an IUL, we map the five retirement risks — market, sequence-of-returns, longevity, tax, and healthcare/long-term-care — and look at which ones your current plan already addresses. Only then do we discuss whether an insurance tool has a role, why, and what it trades off. If a tool doesn’t fit your situation, I’ll say so.

How I’m Different

No AUM fees — I work with insurance contracts, not asset management, so there’s no ongoing percentage on your accounts. CPA-collaborative — I model the strategy and hand your CPA a complete coordination summary before they file; tax filing and advice remain your CPA’s responsibility. Education over pressure — nothing is sold in a first conversation, and any decision is yours, on your timeline.

My Commitment to You

I’ll explain every concept in plain English, show you the tradeoffs rather than only the upside, and coordinate with the professionals you already trust rather than replace them. You’ve spent decades building this. My job is to help make sure it lasts

CAS® — Certified Annuity Specialist

Advanced designation in annuity structure, income riders, and how annuities integrate into a complete retirement income system. Institute of Business & Finance.

CTS™ — Certified Tax Specialist

Covers RMDs, IRMAA Medicare surcharges, Roth conversion timing, bracket management, and IUL tax treatment under IRC Section 7702. Income planning without tax coordination is structurally incomplete. Upon completion: issued by the Institute of Business & Finance.

Five Retirement Risks — Coordinated by Contract

Market risk. Longevity risk. Sequence of returns risk. Tax risk. Healthcare risk. Each addressed with a specific insurance tool. Each connected as part of one plan.

No AUM Fees

Insurance contracts, not portfolio management. No ongoing percentage fee. No quarter reviews.

The CPA Coordination Advantage

I identify the Roth conversion window, model how it interacts with your annuity income floor and IUL strategy, and deliver a complete coordination picture to your CPA before they file. Tax advice and filing remain your CPA's responsibility.

How I’m Licensed

I work with clients nationwide and am licensed in each state where I conduct business — virtually or in person.
Dora is a licensed insurance professional. Not a registered investment advisor, financial planner, or CPA.

How I Work

Education First. Coordination Always. No Pressure.

My role is to design the income side of a retirement plan and coordinate it with the professionals you already trust. I am a licensed insurance professional. I am not a financial advisor, registered investment advisor, financial planner, or CPA, and I do not manage investment portfolios for a fee.

I start with education, not products. We look at how your current plan addresses the five retirement risks — market, longevity, sequence of returns, tax, and healthcare — and where gaps may exist. If an annuity, an IUL, or a Roth conversion strategy could be suitable for your situation, we discuss how it might fit, along with its tradeoffs and limitations. Suitability depends on your individual goals and circumstances.

Where tax planning is involved, I work alongside your CPA. I identify the coordination opportunities and provide a complete picture; your CPA makes the tax decisions and handles the filing. Tax treatment depends on your individual situation, so I always encourage you to consult a qualified tax professional.
